Quality Policy of iXFiber

The quality policy of iXFiber, geared towards our customers’ satisfaction, is an essential pillar to ensure the continuity of our activity and the development of the company.

 In concrete terms, this policy can be mapped out by five strategic points:

·     Effective listening to the customer, enabling us to accurately understand needs and expectations which have been expressed;

·     Satisfy and gain customer loyalty;

·     Improve project Management in order to design and carry out technical solutions adapted to the customer’s expectations within deadlines;

·     Be in control over product quality at every stage in the manufacturing process;

·     Develop personnel skills safely

By following these five points, we are able to improve our procedures and our products.

I ask each person to subscribe to and be involved in this approach to quality. I encourage all individual and group initiative the objectives we have set ourselves and to keep up the standards required for the ISO 9001 certification.

In particular, I will see to it that Nathalie Le Foll, our Quality Manager, has complete autonomy together with the necessary means at her disposal for the monitoring and improvement in efficiency of the Quality Management System.
